“The Woodcutter Members’ Exhibition”
Riddoch Art Gallery and Cultural Centre, Bay Road, Mt Gambier
Open from Saturday the 12th of April until Sunday the 8th of June 2025
Entries close at 4pm on Friday 14th of March. Late entry forms will NOT be accepted.
Entry is $10 per work. You may enter up to 5 pieces. If entering 5 items the entry fee is discounted to $40.
Please choose titles and prices for your works carefully because these cannot be changed once your entry form has been received.
Whilst due care is taken to ensure that details are correct at the time of printing, no responsibility will be taken for any errors or alterations on the exhibit wall labels.
The South East Art Society Inc. reserves the right not to accept nor exhibit any art piece.
Receipting of art works will be Monday 7th April from 12pm to 3pm, and Tuesday 8th April from 10am to 1pm.
All work must be the work of the artist who is a current financial member of SEAS.
While the gallery has not imposed any size restrictions on artworks, they must be able to be installed/dismantled by no more than two people.
Works to be hung will NOT be accepted if D rings and wire have not been used.
Works must be labelled on the back or underneath, detailing your name; phone number; title of the work; category and valuation.
Please remember to attach labels on the outside on the bubble wrap to assist with identification for those who are installing this exhibition.
Judging will take place on Thursday 10th April from 2pm to 4pm, with the official opening on Friday 11th April at 6pm.
All artworks to be collected on Tuesday 10th of June between 10am and 1pm.
It would be preferred that all artworks be for sale.
All works sold will not be subjected to a commission from the Riddoch Art Gallery and Cultural Centre.
All payments to artists will be facilitated online using bank transfer.
Artists who sell work will be required to provide details of their financial institution to enable this process to occur.
Transportation of artworks is the responsibility of the artist. Whilst all care is taken by SEAS no liability will be accepted by the South East Art Society Inc. for the damage, loss or injury incurred during the transport to and from the exhibition location.
